Massachusetts – S.1486/H.2505. Public hearing held 4/2025 in Joint Committee on Public Health.
Senate bill has passed out of Public Health and Health Care Financing; currently in Senate Ways and Means.
House bill passed out of Public Health and is still in Health Care Financing. Reporting deadline extended (again) 7/31.
Rhode Island – S2051 referred to the Senate Judiciary Committee. No actions taken, deadline missed.

Minnesota – The End of Life Option Act (HF2998/SF3215) carry-over from 2025; deadlines missed.

The bill has been referred to the House Rules, Calendar, and Operations Committees. Carry-over from 2025 legislative session.
